One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 388k at any time. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Winnings obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. The following are also prohibited:
- Registering on behalf of another person or permitting another person to use your account

Any intentional provision of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles 388k to immediately close the account, void all pending bets, and retain any balance unless a lawful withdrawal claim can be substantiated.

We may at any time request identity verification documents, including a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 388k will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility whether or not it was authorised by you. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source rule). 388k does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, bank accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or international payment methods. Processing times are typically 1-3 business days once verification is complete, though 388k does not guarantee specific processing times due to third-party payment infrastructure factors.
Deposit Rules

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance display. Real money is always used first in any wager. Bonus funds become withdrawable only once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
General Bonus Conditions

Where 388k reasonably determines that a player is abusing bonus offers, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
